The motel had a unique character that added to the sense of adventure during our stay.
Unfortunately, almost everything in the room was worn out and broken, making for an uncomfortable experience.

Avoid if you can
I just had the worst stay! The room was dirty, like really nasty—bugs and everything. The bathroom was horrid too, smelled awful. Luckily, there was a convenience store nearby, so at least I could grab snacks. The air con worked fine, which was a real plus. But oh man, the rest was just not cool.

I traveled with my two grown kids and we enjoyed the close proximity to the Moody Theater, which was just a short drive away. The room was neat, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing some much-needed comfort after our outings.
My wife says that the lack of decent dining options nearby was disappointing.

The room had a large TV, which was perfect for unwinding after a day out in the sun, and I loved the nearby convenience store for quick snacks. Enjoy the outdoor seating area or take a dip in the refreshing pool to relax and recharge. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊

This was just an appropriate option for a little getaway in Austin with all in all brilliant value for money. I appreciated that the property allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which gave us extra time to relax. Make sure to ask ahead if you want your room serviced during your stay.

The room was decent-sized, but I found a few things that could’ve been better. There was just one hanger, no hooks for towels, and the shower didn’t really work well, only giving pretty much hot water for a few seconds. Not cool. The TV was big, which was nice for chilling after a long day, but there were no amenities. The carpet was kind of worn out too. Not sure I’d say this place was worth it.

Group on a budget
Had a clean room with working AC, big plus. The staff were friendly and helped with any questions I had. Felt taken care of.
It wasn’t cheap, though, a bit pricey but bearable.
